Ocean Swimming & Transitions Clinic
SCAQ and Triathlon Academy coaches will get you fully prepped on all of the tools needed for your ocean swim on the LA Triathlon course. A complete clinic on swim to bike and bike to run transitions will be included.

Evening Winter Workout at the Velodrome -- "Roger's Sessions" with Roger Young
These two hour sessions include an hour of intervals with an emphasis on time-trial. The session continues with skills and group riding. Riders use our Felt bikes provided here at the velodrome or they may choose to do the workout on our stationary Lemond RevMaster trainers. Continuous with bricks and multiple workouts in spring. $20 per session or a series of 20 for $160.
